This Father’s day we wanted to keep things low cost but also tug on those heart strings to show dad how much we care! I pulled a bunch of ideas of Pinterest and other sites and my kids chose this project! They thought it would be funny and dad would love it! They were right…. we saw that glistening tear 🙂 This project is super simple and we were all dying at the answers! It’s amazing what kids say about you! My favorite answer came from my 3 year old boy…. Q. What is dad not good at? A. Not giving Gabe cake!!! We still took dad out for dinner but this card was probably the best gift yet!!

Tie Card:

What you need:

  • Printed questions >>>> dad
  • scissors
  • markers/crayons/whatever else you want to decorate with
  • card stock
  • glue

What to do:

  • Print! Cut! and Glue! We stapled the card stock together so it can be opened, but you can use glue too! My 3 year old is a little impatient, he didn’t want to wait for glue to dry, staples were our best option
  • Time to answer questions and decorate!! I wouldn’t have anything to drink while reading the answers…I spit out my drink laughing a few times!
  • Ready for delivery!

Super simple and a forever type of keepsake! Humor and love all in one that will bring a huge smile and possibly lots of laughs for the fathers in your lives! This can also be used for grandfather’s and even uncles or brothers or even cousins! These are also perfect for the dad’s serving overseas and cannot be home with their littles. Slip one of these bad boys in a care package and they are sure to be hung up in rooms or tents all over! For all the Father’s in your lives, this card made by little hands with lots of love is a fantastic present for this Father’s day!

Happy Father’s Day….from all of us at www.mymilitarysavings.com!!!

We hope that your bellies are full of yummy food your favorite drink, and your hearts full of love!
