It is Happy Hour, the weekend is coming, no work and relaxation time.

With all of that, I am sharing with you a little something to spruce up your “TIME.” The school year is almost completed and we are getting ready to loose our “ME TIME.” Make sure you are ENJOYING all your time because “WE” time is approaching very quickly. Hoping for a peaceful summer and NO BICKERING CHILDREN!

Scrolling through my choices of drinks, this BLUE HAWAIIAN has caught my eye.

The beautiful color and the flavors jumped out and said, “DRINK ME!”

Here is another AMAZING summer drink and it is the EASIEST to make.

BLUE HAWAIIAN WITH CAPTAIN MORGAN WHITE RUM

RECIPE:

1 OZ CAPTAIN MORGAN WHITE RUM

1 OZ BLUE CURACAO

3 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE

1 OZ SWEETENED COCONUT CREAM

INSTRUCTIONS:

COMBINE CAPTAIN MORGAN WHITE RUM, BLUE CURACAO, PINEAPPLE JUICE, SWEETENED COCONUT CREAM IN A GLASS FILLED WITH ICE. 

 MIX WELL AND SERVE WITH A SMILE!

The BLUE HAWAIIAN is made with Captain Morgan’s white rum and it IS FIVE TIMES DISTILLED AND MADE WITH FINE CANE MOLASSES. Smooth as smooth can be, so add this to your summer drink recipes.

This is an incredible cocktail to share for any and ALL occasions. This drink EVEN looks perfect in your hand on the beach.
