March is National Nutrition Month, and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with these delicious recipes for No Bake Energy Balls!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip:

  • 1 cup (dry) oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge for about a half hour. Roll into small balls. Store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer.

No Bake Chocolate Banana Energy Balls

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseed
  • 1 Tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tsp. Truvia nectar
  • ½ chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for one hour. Roll into balls. Refrigerate up to one week or freeze.
