Ever wanted to learn how to ski or even snow board but never had the opportunity to learn? Well it’s ALASKA! This is a perfect place to learn to ski! Living in Alaska, you have the unique opportunities to fully engage in outdoor sports during the warm/hot summers as well as the outdoor sports in the cold winter!

Learn the basics of cross-country skiing with the crew at Outdoor Recreation. The class will loop around Glass Park, located adjacent to the Outdoor Recreation Center, and along the way, you can learn how to properly cross-country ski. Once finished, head inside for a hot tea break!

Must be 12 years of age or older.
Equipment and instruction is included.

Cost is $35 per person and you need to register prior to the lesson. Registration is accepted in person or over the phone, and payment is due at the time of registration.
