Then join the Fitness Marathon! The Marathon will be held at Smith Fitness Center, located at 6561 Way Street Building 2818. The event will be held on February 3rd, at 9am. MWR patrons will get to try out a variety of fitness classes in less than three hours! Classes will include Zumba, Zumba Step, Zumba Tone, LesMills Body Pump, LesMills Grit, Lesmills RPM, Spin, Insanity, Power Yoga, Piyo, TRX, and a Mini bootcamp.
There will be personal trainers on sight that will offer free fitness assessments, and there will be prizes awarded. This is a great start to the weekend, and to measure your strengths and weaknesses in the fitness field. Fitness is an important part of many Active Duty patrons lives, as well as those who enjoy it for everyday life. Fitness is a way to reduce stress, and live a healthier lifestyle.
So, get up, get out, and sign up!
