Register for time slots at the Fitness Complex. There are one hour time slots and are available during these times:
There are two workout options, both include wearing a 20 lb weighted vest:
- Beginner/Intermediate: 800m run, 50 pull ups, 100 push ups, 150 squats, 800m run
- Advanced: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run
500m row may be substituted for the runs. Workouts are for time.
