Losing weight and getting in shape part of your New Year’s resolution?  I know I could definitely use some motivation and accountability to stay on track and lose those “holiday pounds”.  Kick off your weight loss resolution with Health Promotion’s Biggest Loser 8-week Challenge!

This year, Fitness & Sports Services will be offering additional prizes for workouts in their facilities, James Gym and at the Fitness Center!  Find out more at the TEAM weigh-ins Jan. 9-12 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Health Promotion’s office on the 1st floor of the Scott Clinic down the hallway from the Main Pharmacy.

To participate in this year’s challenge you must have a TEAM of 2-4 individuals and be DoD Active Duty, Reserve/Guard, and/or a Beneficiary. Grab some friends and join SAFB in this years Annual Biggest Loser competition.  This challenge will end March 16, 2018.  Incentive prizes will be rewarded to all who complete the challenge and have lost weight over the 8 weeks.  Have more questions, call 256-7139 or email christine.cooley.2@us.af.mil.
