Happy Hour is here again! That time of the week where we can sit back, relax, and enjoy some quiet reflection from the week. Okay, okay, I jest. I have children, so there is no such thing as quiet as reflection. However, that will not keep me from enjoying a little relaxation, wherever I can find it. This drink is perfect for hiding in your bedroom, or sharing with friends! This one is a toss up on whether I am going to want to share with anyone, or just keep this one to myself. Easy, simple, and quick to put together.

The winter weather is drawing on, but throw a party in celebration of the coming spring! No one knows when it will finally break through, but that does not mean that we cannot celebrate anyway! No matter what you decide you want to celebrate, this is the perfect drink to do so with.

If you decide to keep this to yourself, the measurements below are perfect to mix into a pitcher, grab a glass, and settle down with a good book or movie. Whichever way you decide to celebrate this Happy Hour (or Happy Hours), COOPERS’ COUPE will leave you satisfied and refreshed.
