We are switching up Throwback Thursday with something new and improved in 2018. YOU! With this Total Body Transformation (TBT) program you can #TakeBackThursday in the New Year. This event is open to all authorized personnel with base access and their guests. Best of all? IT’S FREE!! Any guests are required to pay $3 per person per visit. This is not open to the general public.
This 8 week program is designed to assist you in making the best choices for your health. Participants will meet every Thursday starting January 4th from 11:30am–12:30pm at the Wellness Center (located next to the Fitness Center on Enterprise Road.)
The first day will be an introduction where you can sign up for FREE personal training sessions, set goals and start meal planning. Each Thursday will be full of awesome lifestyle changing ideas and tools you can use to help you achieve your goals. The TBT program will start Thursday, January 4th and continue through February 22nd.

Feb. 8 – Eating Out: What to Eat???
Feb. 15 – Food Prep!
Feb. 22 – Bod Pod or Body Analyzer* (reassessment) and Staying With Your Goals!
