Who doesn’t love a warm chocolate brownie? I know I certainly do and when they are bite sized…I could eat them by the handful! This recipe is perfect for an after-school treat or dessert to feed a crowd. It doesn’t require too many ingredients, and it’s absolutely delicious. With chocolate chip morsels baked inside, you won’t be able to get enough of these chocolate delights.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips morsels (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add in the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips morsels (optional).
- Spoon the batter in the greased mini muffin pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
