Shamrock Sherbet Sipper

Do you need a little “Luck O’ The Irish”?  If so, try out this yummy Shamrock Sherbet Sipper at your next St. Patrick’s Day party!

I don’t know about you, but I love to have fun themed parties with my family.  So, with St. Patrick’s Day being just around the corner, this fun drink concoction will be just perfect for our St. Paddy’s Day celebrations!  I love that I can make just a few of these for my small family or a large batch for a bigger festivities!

What You Need:

• Sierra Mist 2L Bottle
• Lime Sherbet
• Green-Colored Sugar for the Glass Rims

Instructions:

1.  Dip your glass rims in water (shake off any drips/excess), then dip the rim in a plate of green-colored sugar and coat the rim with sugar.

2. For Individual Floats, place a rounded scoop of Lime Sherbet in each glass.

Then, top off the glass with Sierra Mist.

If you are making for a larger group, scoop all of the Lime Sherbet into the Serving Bowl.

Then, pour the Sierra Mist over the sherbet.  The sherbet will float to the top of the bowl.

If you want it to be totally creamy, then stir the remaining sherbet up with the Sierra Mist.

3. Carefully pour your Shamrock Sherbet Sipper into your sugar-rimmed glasses for a delicious treat!

***Only one of my local stores had Lime Sherbet, while ALL of them had Rainbow Sherbet.  You could easily substitute the Rainbow Sherbet, if needed, and still have a yummy treat!***
