Some people get excited about baby chicks while others are bouncing off the walls for the Easter Bunny. We have a super easy recipe that requires just a few ingredients. Don’t worry about being a master chef in the kitchen because for this recipe “No EGGS-perience is necessary”. 

Easter Bunny Cookie Cups

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package refrigerated cookie dough (Sugar or Chocolate Chip)
  • Chocolate melting wafers (white chocolate)
  • M&M candies (Pastel mix)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place cookie dough into a greased mini muffin pan.
  3. Bake cookies as directed.
  4. Remove the cookies from the oven and press the middle of each cookie to form a cup. Tip: I used the back of a ½ teaspoon measuring spoon.
  5. Set the cookies aside to cool.
  6. In a bowl, melt the chocolate wafers. Allow the chocolate to cool for 3 minutes.
  7. Remove the cookie cups from the muffin pan and spoon the chocolate into each cookie cup.
  8. Cut M&M candies in half. These pieces will be the Easter Bunny ears.
  9. Top each cookie cup with the M&M candies to form the Easter Bunny shape.
  10. Serve & Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 3.4 oz box banana flavor instant pudding mix
  • Whipped Topping (optional)
  • Banana, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place cookie dough into a greased mini muffin pan.
  3. Bake cookies as directed
  4. Remove the cookies from the oven and press the middle of each cookie to form a cup.
  5. Set the cookies aside to cool.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and instant pudding mix.
  7. Once the pudding mix is firm, spoon the mixture into a piping bag.
  8. Remove the cookie cups from the muffin pan and pipe the pudding into each cookie cup.
  9. Top each cookie cup with a sliced banana or whipped topping (optional).
