Supplies:

• Ninja Creami/Ninja Creami Swirl

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of Peanut Butter
• 1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
• 1/2 of a Banana
• Milk
• Zukes Mini Naturals

Directions:

1. Add ingredients to Ninja container or freezer safe container if not using a Ninja Creami.
2. Freeze for 24 hours.
3. Add container to Ninja and spin.
4. Add a splash of milk and re-spin
5. Add to Ninja Creami dispenser and dispense into a bowl!
6. Add Zukes Mini Natural Treats to the top!
7. Share with your pup and enjoy!

Notes:

• When choosing your yogurt and peanut butter options make sure you avoid any with xylitol as it is toxic to dogs!
• If you don’t have a Ninja Creami as an option, I would recommend combining ingredients and blending to make a smoother texture before freezing.

I scream. You Scream. We all scream for Ice Cream. I think there isn’t anything better to cool yourself down this summer than a delicious big bowl of ice cream. Growing up I was only allowed to eat Breyer’s Ice Cream and their chocolate is by far the most superior chocolate ice cream out there (in my honest opinion). Lucky for me (and you) you can snag Breyer’s Ice Cream for less at your local Commissary. Right now, I am trying to be a little bit healthier, so, I opted for the No Sugar Added Vanilla which is a close second to my tried and true chocolate with only 100 calories per serving, which is amazing! Now, we have the first part of our ice cream sundae. Now let’s move on to all the extras that really make it the best!

I am not sure what you think about toppings, but I am believe that the more, the merrier. The Commissary stocks everything from sprinkles (or jimmies as we call them in Jersey), various syrups, that magical hardshell that my kids can’t get enough of, whipped cream, nuts, and the list goes on and on.

So here is my finished creation. I added a cookie for good measure (I mean who doesn’t like to dip a nice Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie into their sundae?!

Directions:

• Scoop vanilla ice cream into your glass.

• Pour soda over top of the ice cream, watch for foam to develop at the top so that you don’t overflow the glass.

• You can use any soda! We have also tried grape, strawberry, and of course, root beer floats!
• You can adjust your ice cream to soda ratio to your own preference. My family loves more ice cream while I prefer more soda.

I have a bubbly, sparkly soon-to-be 7-year-old who was looking for that special birthday treat for her family birthday dinner this year. Since her party will be limited to her and her siblings this year, we wanted to be sure she has a very special day at home. When we were searching for the perfect dessert for my daughter’s birthday, the metallic, rainbow packaging of the OREO 110^th Birthday Edition Chocolate Confetti Cake jumped right off the shelf as we walked down the cookie aisle. She knew right away these cookies would be the perfect addition to her birthday celebration and we found the perfect recipe to highlight them.

OREO Ice Cream “Cupcakes”

Prep time 15 min Total time 3 hr 15 min Servings Makes 12 servings, 1 “cupcake” each.

Ingredients

• 18 OREO Cookies, divided
• 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 1 qt. (4 cups) cookies and cream ice cream
• 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
• 1-1/2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
• 1 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles

Preparation

• Cut 6 cookies in half; reserve for later use. Finely crush remaining cookies.
• Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
• Top each with 1 scoop ice cream, using a 1/3-cup scoop. Drizzle with syrup; top with whipped topping, sprinkles and reserved halved cookies.
• Freeze 3 hours or until firm.

Recipe Tips

Note

These frosty desserts can be frozen up to 24 hours before serving. Even if you’re having a small gathering, make the full dozen. The leftovers will keep, tightly wrapped, in the freezer for several days before serving.

Shortcut

Omit butter. Cut 6 cookies in half as directed. Place remaining (whole) cookies in paper-lined muffin cups; top with ice cream, then continue as directed.

These ice cream cupcakes were so delicious. The cookies and cream ice cream paired perfectly with the limited-edition OREOs. They were so good that we made extra and have more stored in the freezer for whenever we see fit.

What you’ll need:

• Electric Mixer
• Bowl with Airtight Lid

 Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Mountain Dew
• 2 Cups Heavy Cream
• 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
• Green Food Coloring (optional)

Directions:

First you want to start off by putting your bowl in the freezer for at least an hour before you start. The colder the better.

Next take out your bowl and add the heavy cream. Mix on high until the cream makes stiff peaks.

Then you want to fold in the sweetened condensed milk. Be sure not to mix it in too much.

Next you add the Mountain Dew

Next you add the food coloring and mix it to your desired color. The more you put in the richer the color will be.

After everything is all mixed the next step is to place the lid on top and put the bowl in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours. I made mine at night and let it freeze until it was treat time the next day.

Lastly, scoop it out and enjoy! The Mountain Dew Ice Cream is easy to make and it taste really good. You can make this recipe with any of your favorite Pepsi Co. products. Give it a try and have the kids join you!

What You Need

• 2 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
• 4 teaspoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 3/4 cup 2% milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 bottle Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor Ready-to-Drink CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Complete Nutritional Drink
• Pinch of ground cayenne

Instructions

1. Whisk together in a medium saucepan the chopped chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, cinnamon, cayenne, and milk until smooth.
2. Over medium heat, whisk chocolate mix frequently until the mixture thickens and the chocolate fully melts (about 10 minutes).
