I am always searching for a good mocktail, so I decided to try this one out. This mocktail combined two of my favorite drinks – orange juice and no sugar lemon-lime soda. I made a whole pitcher of this drink, because my husband loved the taste of this mocktail! The best part, is that it is super simple to make. Just combine all the ingredients and serve over ice. 

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. Orange Juice
  • 2 oz. No Sugar Lemon-Lime Soda
  • 2 oz. Club Soda
  • ice

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients and stir with a mini whisk.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • You can always use a regular Lemon-Lime Soda
  • You can garnish with a dried orange wheel.
  • You may even want to experiment with other juices too?!?!

This drink is so refreshing and it was the perfect porch side drink for us while the kids played outside. I was going to put in oranges, but when you live in a house with two kids that love fruit, sometimes it disappears before you can use it.  Either way, I know you will enjoy this mocktail, especially after a long day at work. It was the perfect ending to a stressful week.

Then reality hits me and I realize I have been on my feet at work for 8 hours and a beach is nowhere in sight. Luckily at least part of my vision can become reality when I sit in the yard and watch my kiddos play with a cold, refreshing mocktail. I may not be at the beach, but Minute Maid® has a super simple and delicious recipe that will make you feel like the beach is so close you can feel the ocean mist, even if it’s actually just my sprinkle getting a little too close. What You Need

▪4 Ounces Sprite®

•2 Ounces Minute Maid® Orange Juice

•2 Ounces Minute Maid® Lemonade

•1 Dash grenadine

•1 each: orange wheel, lemon wheel, and maraschino cherry as garnish

Instructions

1Fill a 16-oz glass half full of ice Add Minute Maid® Orange Juice and Minute Maid® Lemonade Top off with Sprite® followed by a splash of grenadine Garnish with an orange wheel, a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry.

Talk about a tasty drink! The Minute Maid® Orange Juice is a staple in our house, but when it is mixed with the Minute Maid® Lemonade, it just makes everything taste even better. Well, luckily Minute Maid Apple Juice saved the day! This recipe was not only pretty simple to follow, it also involved using both of my kids favorite fruit and juice! Apples and Minute Maid Apple Juice are a big deal in my house so they are kept in stock regularly. They love the taste of Minute Maid Apple Juice, so I knew they would love these cookies! What’s even better is that they store very well, so they have a nice treat everyday of the week after the long school day!

What You Need

▪1 cup packed brown sugar

▪½ cup butter or margarine, softened

▪2 teaspoons Minute Maid Apple Juice

▪1 egg

▪1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

▪1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

▪½ teaspoon salt

▪½ teaspoon baking soda

▪1 medium apple, chopped (1 cup)

Instructions

1Heat oven to 375º. Grease cookie sheet with shortening. Beat brown sugar, butter, apple juice, and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, nutmeg, salt and baking soda. Stir in apple.

2Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.

3Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack; cool. Store loosely covered.

These cookies turned out amazing and my children loved them! You can see the bits and pieces of apple in the cookies and then they just kind of melt in your mouth when you bite into them. Yes, that means I had one, but honestly how could I resist? Apple cookies with Minute Maid Apple Juice! These cookies were a winner in my book before I even baked them.
