Want to hear something scary?!? I am NOT a baker; my husband even joked that I even mess up the take-and-bake cookies. I wish I could be a baker, especially during the fall months when I want to make all the cozy fall treats, but they never turn out….except for this recipe. These pumpkin muffins are so easy that I can do it, and it only takes 2 ingredients!!! Oh, and I forgot to mention they taste AMAZING!

What You Need:

Box of cake mix, any brand, and any flavor ( I used spiced here)

1 Can of pumpkin puree ( be sure it is not pumpkin pie mix)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix both ingredients together, put them into greased cupcake liners, and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool and ENJOY
