Snack Into A Super School Year

There is nothing I love better than finding a great recipe especially when it involves some of my favorite foods. Back to school is right around the corner. I have just the recipe for you! Everyone will love these fun bites of Buffalo chicken as a savory snack when friends gather. And by using frozen chicken bites, they’re an easy-to-make idea, too!

RITZ Buffalo Chicken Toppers

Prep Time: 15 min Total Time: 15 min Makes 8 servings, 3 topped crackers each.

Ingredients

12 frozen breaded boneless Buffalo chicken wings
24 RITZ Crackers
2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
1 small stalk of celery, thinly sliced

Preparation

Place chicken in a single layer on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until the chicken is warmed. Cut chicken wings in half; place, cut sides down, on crackers. Drizzle with dressing; top with celery.

Variation

Substitute 12 frozen popcorn chicken pieces for the chicken wings. Microwave on a plate, then cut in half as directed. Place in a medium bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce; mix lightly. Place on crackers; drizzle with dressing. Top with celery.
