Rainbow Strawberries

We LOVE Spring, so we have a great springtime treat to share with you! These Rainbow Strawberries will be a hit in your house just like they are in mine! This super simple recipe is easy to do and the kids are going to love the results!

Ingredients:

• Strawberries
• White Chocolate Melting Wafers
• Rainbow Sprinkles/Nonpareils

Directions:

• Melt the White Chocolate Melting Wafers into a microwave safe bowl, according to the package instructions.
• Dip each strawberry into the White Chocolate and place on a sheet of wax paper.
• Immediately decorate with Rainbow Sprinkles/Nonpareils while the White Chocolate is still soft.
• Repeat this process on all the strawberries.
• Serve and Enjoy!

I told you these were easy! I really love how the White Chocolate hardens with the Rainbow Sprinkles to give a nice yummy crunch before you hit the juicy strawberry. These make GREAT desserts or after school snacks!
