I haven’t been able to have lasagna is so long! Ricotta cheese piled high with more cheese. It was a disaster for my stomach.
- Mix together the ricotta & “meat”.
- Place a few slices of the uncooked lasagna across the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan.
- Place a layer of the ricotta mix across.
- Sprinkle cheese across.
- Pour some sauce on that.
- Place another layer of uncooked lasagna.
- Repeat above.
- Make sure you pour enough sauce on the very last layer (top).
- Cover with foil and bake on 375 for 1 hour.
- Once its done, feel free to sprinkle Vegan Parmesan.
