Looking for a fun breakfast or treat while you enjoy the annual Thanksgiving Day Parade on TV? Well, look no further as we have something for your family to GOBBLE right up!
Ingredients:
- Bacon
- Candy Corn
- Chocolate Chips
- Craisins (dried cranberries)
- Pretzel Sticks
- Refrigerated Jumbo Sized Cinnamon Rolls with Icing
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Set icing from the container to the side to use later.
- Line parchment paper onto your cookie sheet.
- Separate rolls and place them leaving 2-3 inches between each one on the cookie sheet.
- Unroll each one just a bit and pull the middle section up to create a “neck” for the turkey.
- Bake 20 mins or until it gets to a light golden brown. ***Start bacon***
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 5 mins.
- ***Cook bacon until crisp and then drain/dab off with paper towels.
- ***Cut bacon slices into halves.
- Tuck 3-5 halves of bacon into the back section of the cooked cinnamon rolls to look like tail feathers.
- Drizzle the icing across the tops of the rolls.
- Decorate your cinnamon rolls with chocolate chips (eyes), candy corn (beak), craisins (turkey’s wattle), and halved pretzel sticks (turkey feet).
- Serve and watch them get GOBBLED right up!
Tips:
- Use Candy Eyes instead of chocolate chips.
- Use M&M’s (red) or dried cherries for the turkey’s wattle.
