I’m sure when the holidays roll around you are probably ready to devour some pie. There are so many flavors to choose from but one classic during the holiday season is always Pumpkin Pie. We’ve got a spin on the classic pie that doesn’t require forks or plates and can be shared as bite sized pieces. This shortcut recipe won’t have you standing in front of the oven and it’s so easy to make.
Supplies:
- Cookie Scoop or Spoon
- Large Bowl
- Mixer
- Parchment Lined Baking Sheet
Ingredients:
- Pumpkin Pie
- Chocolate Melting Wafers (Milk or White Chocolate)
- Sprinkles (Optional)
Directions:
- Using the cookie scoop or spoon, spoon your mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 15 mins or until firm.


- Melt the chocolate wafers.
- Dip the balls into your melted chocolate and top with sprinkles (optional) or drizzle melted chocolate over the top of your balls to create a design (optional).
