Get Stuffed! A Stuffed Waffle Series – Blueberry Lemon Fruity Pebbles Edition

I think that if you’ve seen any of my recipe blogs, it’s safe to say you know that I have a real love for Fruity Pebbles! So, when I got this Stuffler, I knew that I had to combine my love of stuffed waffles with my favorite cereal. Never fear…this recipe isn’t going to be like the Fruity Pebble TikTok drama. I will not gatekeep my delicious concoction! So, grab your favorite kitchen appliance…AKA the Stuffler, and let’s get stuffed!

Supplies:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Blueberry Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix
  • 1 TBS Melted Butter
  • 3/4 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Tsp of Lemon Extract
  • 1/4 cup of Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1/8 cup of crushed Fruity Pebbles

Directions:

  1. Mix together Kodiak Cakes, butter, and milk until well combined.
  2. Add about 1/3 cup of batter to the bottom of the waffle maker.
  3. Crush 1/8 cup of Fruity Pebbles.
  4. Combine 1/4 cup of Cream Cheese Frosting and crushed Fruity Pebbles to make filling.
  5. Add to first layer of waffle mix.
  6. Cover filling with waffle mix.
  7. Cook for 7 minutes.
  8. Top with desired toppings.
  9. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • This recipe was just enough for one waffle, so adjust accordingly.
  • You could adjust the Lemon extract to your liking or completely omit.

I have to be honest…this recipe ended up much more like a dessert than a breakfast. It was truly a hit with all my kiddos. So, be aware of the incoming sugar rush. If you’re on the fence, I still can’t recommend the Stuffler enough! We have all had so much fun thinking of what to make next! Please make sure to check back for the next installment of Get Stuffed!
