Spring is in the air and Easter is around the corner. Some people get excited about baby chicks while others are bouncing off the walls for the Easter Bunny. We have a super easy recipe that requires just a few ingredients. Don’t worry about being a master chef in the kitchen because for this recipe “No EGGS-perience is necessary”.
Easter Bunny Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 16 oz package refrigerated cookie dough (Sugar or Chocolate Chip)
- Chocolate melting wafers (white chocolate)
- M&M candies (Pastel mix)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place cookie dough into a greased mini muffin pan.
- Bake cookies as directed.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and press the middle of each cookie to form a cup. Tip: I used the back of a ½ teaspoon measuring spoon.
- Set the cookies aside to cool.
- In a bowl, melt the chocolate wafers. Allow the chocolate to cool for 3 minutes.
- Remove the cookie cups from the muffin pan and spoon the chocolate into each cookie cup.
- Cut M&M candies in half. These pieces will be the Easter Bunny ears.
- Top each cookie cup with the M&M candies to form the Easter Bunny shape.
- Serve & Enjoy!
