Mini Muffin Mania: Banana Pudding Cookie Cups

We have a dessert that is sure to be a crowd pleaser. This is a take on the classic Banana Pudding dessert that you already know and love. This recipe only requires a few ingredients, and the outcome is a treat that’s almost too cute to eat. You’ll go bananas for this sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 3.4 oz box banana flavor instant pudding mix
  • Whipped Topping (optional)
  • Banana, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place cookie dough into a greased mini muffin pan.
  3. Bake cookies as directed
  4. Remove the cookies from the oven and press the middle of each cookie to form a cup.
  5. Set the cookies aside to cool.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and instant pudding mix.
  7. Once the pudding mix is firm, spoon the mixture into a piping bag.
  8. Remove the cookie cups from the muffin pan and pipe the pudding into each cookie cup.
  9. Top each cookie cup with a sliced banana or whipped topping (optional).
