We have a dessert that is sure to be a crowd pleaser. This is a take on the classic Banana Pudding dessert that you already know and love. This recipe only requires a few ingredients, and the outcome is a treat that’s almost too cute to eat. You’ll go bananas for this sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 16 oz package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- ½ cup milk
- 1 3.4 oz box banana flavor instant pudding mix
- Whipped Topping (optional)
- Banana, sliced
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Place cookie dough into a greased mini muffin pan.
- Bake cookies as directed
- Remove the cookies from the oven and press the middle of each cookie to form a cup.
- Set the cookies aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and instant pudding mix.
- Once the pudding mix is firm, spoon the mixture into a piping bag.
- Remove the cookie cups from the muffin pan and pipe the pudding into each cookie cup.
- Top each cookie cup with a sliced banana or whipped topping (optional).
