I don’t know about where you live, but down here in Texas, summer is insanely hot! We have had a crazy amount of 100 degree days and the heat wave doesn’t seem to be letting up anytime soon. So, what better way to cool off then with some delicious Fruit Smoothie Ice Pops! Made with juice, frozen fruit, honey, and milk, these tasty treats are super simple to make and even better to eat! What’s even better is that there are so many different variations to this recipe, you can customize and make them to your preference! My kiddos love these ice pops with frozen strawberries and blueberries! Check out the simple recipe below!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Juice
- 2 cup frozen fruits (do 1/2 – 1 cup of each fruit)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 1/3 cups whole milk, divided
Directions:
- Blend the juice, honey, and frozen fruit.
- Purée until really smooth.
- Place popsicle sticks into molds.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours (or overnight).
