Crock-pot BBQ Chicken

I don’t always have a lot of time to devote to making dinner with our crazy schedules! So, I LOVE an easy crock-pot recipe like this one for BBQ Chicken! I simply just put this all together during my lunch break, and when we all get home for dinner, the chicken is done, and we are ready to sit down to eat right away!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  • Line your crock-pot.
  • Season your chicken breasts to your desired taste with salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts in crock-pot.
  • Pour BBQ sauce on top.
  • Place a lid on the crock-pot and cook on high for 2.5 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
  • Once the chicken is done (internal temp. of 165°F), use two forks to shred the chicken.
  • Serve the pulled BBQ chicken on a bun.

With just a few simple ingredients, dinner is served!
