Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove rolls from the package, but do not separate rolls. Cut blocks of rolls horizontally in half; place bottom halves of rolls in a 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spread with marinara sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan. Top with chicken, basil and mozzarella. Cover with tops of rolls.
  3. Mix butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder until blended; drizzle over sandwiches. Cover.
  4. Bake for 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.

Kitchen Tips

Serve with additional marinara sauce for dipping.

Nashville Hot Honey Chicken Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups rotini, uncooked
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Nashville hot seasoning, divided
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Signature Cheddar Blend Shredded Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on the package, omitting salt.
  3. Meanwhile, season chicken with 1 Tbsp. hot seasoning. Heat oil in a large skillet; add chicken. Cook and stir chicken on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until done. Remove from heat and reserve.
  4. Melt butter in a large saucepan on low heat. Add garlic; cook for 30 sec. Add flour; cook and stir for 2 min. or until hot and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; simmer on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  5. Add 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Stir in chicken and 2 tsp. hot seasoning.
  6. Drain pasta. Add to cheese sauce; mix well. Spoon into 2-qt. Casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Combine corn flakes, remaining cheese and remaining hot seasoning together in a small bowl; sprinkle over the casserole; cover.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 min. or until heated through, removing foil after 10 min. Drizzle with honey before serving.

Garnish with sliced green onion.

Chicken Parmesan Crunch Wrap

Total Time: 40 mins Prep Time: 20 Mins Servings: 4

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine cheese, crumbs and seasonings in a shallow dish. Add cheese to the coating mix in a shaker bag. Moisten chicken with water; gently shake off excess.
  3. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in butter, then in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient; place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
  5. Spread about 1/4 cup marinara onto the center of the tortilla. Top with cheese, chicken and basil.
  6. Fold bottom edge of tortilla up to center of tortilla. Continue folding edges of tortilla to the center, enclosing the tortilla.
  7. Spray a large clean skillet with cooking spray. Place filled wrap, folded side down into skillet.
  8. Cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 min. on each side or until golden brown.
  9. Repeat with remaining filled tortillas. Serve with remaining marinara sauce.

Cook Chicken in Air Fryer

Heat air fryer to 400°F. Prepare chicken as directed above. Place in the air fryer tray. Cook 10 to 12 min., turning chicken halfway
