Gatorade is a staple to keep hydrated with all the electrolytes your body needs to function. I know this is what I mostly used Gatorade for but, once I started having kids I found another great use for Gatorade that benefits them and me. Since Gatorade has so many electrolytes and vitamins, it makes a great beverage to consume while you are sick and your body is lacking or needing a little help. Right now you can get 2- 32oz Gatorade thirst-quenchers for $3.00 at your local exchange! Now is a great time to stock up, especially with cold and flu season right around the corner. When I have someone in the house who can’t keep anything down, we give them Gatorade and water until they can. I’ve also made Gatorade ice cubes, and freeze pops. Even if you grab them to help you through a workout, just make sure you don’t miss out on this great deal.
