Strawberry Icebox Cake (No Bake) Dessert

When the Florida heat is doing the most, the last thing I want to do is turn on the oven. That’s why I love recipes that come together with just a few ingredients, zero sweat, and maximum flavor! Check out this quick & tasty recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Boxes Instant Cheesecake Pudding
  • 4 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Cups Regular Whipped Topping
  • 1 Box Graham crackers
  • 3-4 Cups Fresh Strawberries (Washed, Diced, & Patted Dry)

Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add pudding mix, cold milk, and whisk until combined. It should become smooth and slightly thick.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined. Keep aside.
  • In a 9×13 pan, line graham crackers on the bottom to cover the whole pan.
  • Spoon a third of the mixture on top of the crackers and spread gently and evenly with a spatula.
  • Place some strawberries on top.
  • Arrange another layer of graham crackers on top of the strawberries, spread more pudding/cool whip mixture on top, followed by more strawberries.
  • Arrange a final layer of graham crackers, spread remaining pudding/cool whip mixture on top, followed by remaining strawberries.
  • Cover and chill in fridge 6-8 hours or overnight to let the filling set.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Instead of making your own pudding, you can us vanilla pudding.

And just like that—dessert is done! No oven, no fuss, just a quick and creamy creation that tastes like you spent way more time in the kitchen than you actually did.
