RebeccaWell if you thought this was going to be a boring read, you thought wrong! What an adventure we are taking this week!
Sadie and Carter are trying to get the pieces of a scroll, but of course there are bound to be difficulties along the way. As Sadie takes off for her birthday in London, all she wanted was a day off. Instead what she gets is two gods who have taken over her grandparents and are determined to kill her. Happy Birthday right? So instead of partying with her friends, she and her friends end up running for their lives. After she manages to give them a quick run down of what is going on, they do their best to help her, but she knows that she cannot save them all. Anubis manages to give her some information, but Bes comes to their rescue and manages to get them out of danger, but for how long?
Carter and Walt know that Sadie is in trouble, but by the time they finally arrive, she and Bes have managed to get the situation under control. They pile into the car leaving their grandparents and friends on the bridge, as they head off in search of the scroll. Walt is told he cannot accompany the siblings on their search, so he heads back to the house in Brooklyn, while Sadie and Carter rush off to Russia to get the second missing piece. As they near the place where it is kept, they know it will not be easy, but what they witness will leave them both shocked and horrified..
