Crock-pot Beef & Cheese Dip

You have probably figured out that I love my crock-pot! I use them all of the time. They save me time and I love that it doesn’t heat up my kitchen either! This Beef & Cheese Dip is a favorite at our house. With just a few ingredients, you can throw it all together and voila…a quick and easy snack for family game day or other get togethers.

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes & Chiles
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef

Directions:

  • Brown and crumble ground beef in a skillet.
  • Line the crock-pot.
  • Put the Velveeta cubes into the crock-pot.
  • Add the cooked (& drained) beef crumbles to the crock-pot.
  • Add the can of tomatoes and chiles into the crock-pot.
  • Cover & heat on high for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the cheesy dip is fully melted and smooth, turn the crock-pot to warm.
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
  • Enjoy!

Notes:

  • You can season the beef with taco seasoning to add even more flavors.
  • You could easily double this recipe if needed.
  • You can adjust the heat of the tomatoes & chiles with other spicier variations (mild, medium, hot, etc.)
  • This can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

We love having this dip for game days! It is also something good for potlucks and other gatherings you may have. We hope you enjoy this simple dip as much as my family does!
