If you are like me you love a good crockpot recipe. This recipe is simple and packed with flavor. All you will need is a crockpot, some chicken (I used breast), BBQ sauce, and Pepsi.
First, clean your chicken and pat it dry with paper towels. Then salt and pepper it and place it in the crockpot.
Next, you want to take your BBQ sauce (28oz) and pour the whole bottle in.
Next, you pour enough Pepsi in to cover the chicken. I used about 16 oz.
Set your crockpot on low for 5-6 hours, depending on the pieces and amount of chicken you use.
Once it’s done take it out and ENJOY!
I used boneless skinless breast and shredded it for pulled chicken sandwiches. They were delicious and the chicken was so juicy and tender. The leftovers I used the next day for pulled chicken tacos. This 3 ingredient crockpot meal is definitely one to have in your recipes kit!
