Enjoy Game Day with these NABISCO Recipes!

GAME DAY! Such a fun time of the year!! Often families have tradition to have their friends/family members over to celebrate and watch the Big Game! Of course, along with watching the game, you’ve gotta have FOOD! NABISCO has some delicious game day recipes for you to try this year!

 

Margherita “Pizza” Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

-1 container (15 oz.) part-skim ricotta cheese
-1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
-1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
-1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
-1/2 cup marinara sauce
-2 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
-1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
-2 Tbsp. chopped tomatoes
-WHEAT THINS Big Snacks

Instructions:

HEAT oven to 350°F.
COMBINE ricotta, Parmesan, chopped basil and pepper; spread onto bottom of ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
TOP with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
BAKE 15 min. or until mozzarella is melted and dip is heated through.
TOP with basil leaves and tomatoes.
SERVE with WHEAT THINS.

Recipe Tips:
Note
If necessary to reheat the dip, return it to the 350°F oven to bake for 5 min. or until heated through.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with WHEAT THINS Original Snacks. Makes 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 WHEAT THINS each.
Substitute
Substitute a 9-inch pie plate for the ovenproof skillet.

 

 

 

RITZ Salami & Ranch Hoagie Toppers

Ingredients:
-16 RITZ Crackers
-16 thin slices deli Genoa salami (2-1/2 oz.)
-4 tsp. ranch dressing
-16 drained hot pepper rings

Instructions:
TOP crackers with remaining ingredients.

Recipe Tips:
Size Wise
Enjoy eating appetizers at a social occasion, but be mindful of portion size so you don’t overdo it on calories.
Substitute
Prepare using mild pepper rings, or 3 pepperoncinis, cut into 16 slices.
