Who always has turkey leftovers for dayyyyys following Thanksgiving!? I KNOW my family can’t be the only ones! You can certainly freeze some of the deliciousness from your feast but you also have to get creative with how you will re-serve it to your family, time and time again. So I thought, what better time than now to share with you one of my favorite go-to recipes?? And there are lots of different ways to spruce it up to fit your tastes. Make sure you jot this one down because it’s so yummy, it makes any day a holiday.

Stuffed Turkey Roll

INGREDIENTS

*An additional 1/4 cup water may be needed when preparing stuffing.

DIRECTIONS

Step 1) Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions using margarine and water. Stir in Kellogg’s® All-Bran® cereal.

Step 2) Divide stuffing among the six slices of turkey. Roll up turkey slices and place seam-side down in 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with foil.

Step 3) Bake at 350° F about 20 minutes or until hot. Serve with mashed potatoes and/or cranberry sauce, if desired.

If you are using leftovers for this dish scratch out the stuffing mix, margarine, and water and use what you’ve got although make sure to add in the All-Bran® cereal for a surprise crunch and an extra bit of flavor! If your turkey has already been shredded and you don’t have slices to use, use sliced ham instead! OR I have even used sliced ham with shredded turkey AND stuffing on the inside!

Give this a shot and tell me how satisfying these holiday-inspired flavors are!
