It’s time for more fun with snacks! I don’t know about you, but I don’t know a single person who hasn’t played or at least heard of Super Mario Brothers. It’s such a classic game franchise, including shows and movies, too! We’re big fans of the (many!) video games, so I figured some fun game inspired after school snacks would be perfect! Good luck putting these together without getting the theme song stuck in your head! These treats are once again super EASY to put together (as you can see, the 5 year old helped quite a bit!) and so much fun to eat!
Flower Power of Fire Fruit Pizza
I got FIRED up by putting a fun twist on a frosted sugar cookie with this flower fruit pizza! It’s simple, delicious, and really easy to make your own!
Ingredients:
- Sugar Cookie Tube
- Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
- Strawberries (caps removed)
- Mandarin Oranges
- Green Grapes
- Blackberries
Directions:
- Roll out the sugar cookie onto a jelly roll pan.
- Bake the cookie per the directions on the package & let cool.
- Once cooled, add your fruit to create your design.
- Strawberries as the outer oval of the flower
- Mandarin Oranges as the inner oval of the flower
- Vertically sliced green grapes to make the stem and leaves of the flower
- 2 Blackberries for eyes
Notes:
- You can make your own fruit dip by whipping together 8 oz of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of marshmallow fluff.
- You could also use vanilla yogurt for a healthier option as your “sauce”.
- Wanna LEVEL UP your creativity? Then, make a Green Mushroom out of kiwi pieces and mini marshmallows!
- Wanna POWER UP your creativity? Then, make a Red Mushroom out of raspberries!
- Wanna drop a real BOMB with your creativity? Then, use blueberries to make one!

Notes:
- I prefer our recipe for the Rice Krispies Treats™, but you could easily pick one up at the store and use it instead!
- You could use Yellow Melting Wafers instead.
- After we created these, my kiddo informed me that the questions marks should have been white on the blocks and NOT black. There is a Pearl Glitter Glaze you could use instead for that…although, I think the black looks really good!
