RebeccaHappy almost Halloween! What a fabulous weekend we are going into! Right now, I am sitting here with my cocktail in hand, watching the rain pour down outside. Fall is beautiful, but this cold rainy weather makes me miss summer just a little bit more. With the onset of fall comes the trifecta of holidays. Starting out with Halloween, which is my absolute favorite, we are entering a truly festive season.
I found this delightful drink, and I have to admit that I found little ways to doctor it for the Halloween spirit! I wish I had taken photos, as it was delightfully spooktacular at our party last night. But I will give you everything you need for a fabulous drink and a howling good time with your friends! Finlandia Vodka is PERFECT for this time of year, and there are some screeching good deals at your Class Six this month! What You Need:
- 1.5 oz Finlandia classic vodka
- 1 dash dry vermouth
- Lemon
- Olives
Instructions
- Pour the vodka.
- Then a bit of dry vermouth.
- Stir!
- Strain to a chilled cocktail glass.
- Olive? or twist?
- Kippis!
Optional:
- Drop a tiny drop of red food dye in the top to mimic blood swirling through your drink
- Edible eyes to attach to your olives
