Be Sure to Drink Responsibly

A drink is a drink.  NEVER serve anyone under the legal drinking age of 21 years old anything that contains alcohol in it.  Friends don’t let friends drive drunk!! Remember to have a designated driver, taxi or some plan to have a safe place to stay until you and or your friends have sobered up according to the requirements by law before driving.

It is time to start looking for the festive drinks that will adorn our tables during the holiday season. Whether you are looking for statement drinks, or just ones that will be gorgeous next to the displays that you put up, you have a winner right here! Finding the new and out of the ordinary drinks to serve is a big hit, and your guests will fall in love with this delicious mix! Save this recipe for future uses, it will be one of the requests you will get repeatedly!

GREEN DESTINY RECIPE:
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Jack Daniels
1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
1 oz. (30ml) Orange Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
Splash of Blue Curacao

(add some ice and a few sliced strawberries inside each glass)

Pour each measurement in order from above recipe into a glass, it’s a layered drink.  Garnish the rim of your glass(es)  with a lemon slice , orange slice , or strawberry (combine or mix and match your garnishments).

A drink as vibrantly colorful as this one is pretty much guaranteed to impress at your next cocktail party.  I can’t wait to make this for my housewarming party that will be coming up soon!
