Strawberry Almond Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

The holidays are just around the corner, and yet, the one thing we usually forget to plan is breakfast! Use this super easy recipe for a quick, yet nutritious breakfast for your entire family! Add in Benefiber® and keep your insides just as happy as your tummy!  Breakfast is a very important part of your day and the one that we tend to push off because we hit the ground running in the morning.

Strawberry, Almond Yogurt Smoothie

What You Need

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons of Benefiber® Powder
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup


  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
