Nowadays, we are all on the go! Being a teacher, I don’t have a ton of time for myself in the morning. Between my morning workout, getting ready, and making sure the kiddos are ready and fed, by the time I know it, it is time to go. So having a quick, simple breakfast is the way to go in this house! Luckily I found this amazing crunch bowl recipe from Quaker. 15min is all you need to prepare this wholesome, delicious, and healthy bowl. The best part about it, I can double the recipe and make it for the whole family! I let the kiddos pick the fruit and we go from there.
