Good day, dear readers! October has been a spooktacular month so far, and I hope that you are getting plenty of shivers from Stephen King’s “Pet Sematary.” I have been reading through, and so far its a deliciously scary read. As we work on winding down our month, and getting ready to briefly discuss the current read, it is time to bring you our upcoming book as well! November will be here before we know it!
We are going to dive into “The Anatomist’s Wife” by Anna Lee Huber. If you have not read anything by her yet, I highly recommend her writing! I read a book by her last year, and loved it! It was one of those, “can’t put down” books. I hope that you are going to really enjoy this one! This one is not just for the ladies either! I talked my husband into reading one of her books last year, and he enjoyed it as well! Head over to your local library and grab your copy today!

Kiera wants to put her past aside, but when one of the house guests is murdered, her brother-in-law asks her to utilize her knowledge of human anatomy to aid the insufferable Sebastian Gage–a fellow guest with some experience as an inquiry agent. While Gage is clearly more competent than she first assumed, Kiera isn’t about to let her guard down as accusations and rumors swirl.
When Kiera and Gage’s search leads them to even more gruesome discoveries, a series of disturbing notes urges Lady Darby to give up the inquiry. But Kiera is determined to both protect her family and prove her innocence, even as she risks becoming the next victim…
