Want to know what keeps me going throughout the day? A few of my favorite items from my local Commissary. I make sure to always have Red Bull, Liquid Death, and Core Power Protein drinks stocked up in my fridge at all times, especially on training days. Then, some other great staples I keep in my cabinets and freezer are items like Maxwell House Coffee, Simply Orange Juice, Del Monte Pineapple Slices and Oscar Meyer Bacon which I love having for breakfast. Other items include Starkist Tuna, Hot Pockets which make great quick and easy to go lunches, and snacks like Oreos and Ritz which I add peanut butter to for a tasty treat with added protein.
